1. Are you open to public?
Yes, we are open to public. No appointment is needed, feel free to walk in during our retail operating hours.
2. What are your retail operating days/hours?
We are open 7 days a week, including public holidays. Weekday 9 am – 6 pm [5.45pm last transaction] and on Weekend 9 am – 7 pm[6.45pm last transaction].
3. Is the Long Kang Fishing/Fish Spa activity area sheltered?
For the Long Kang Fishing area, we are partially sheltered. Fishing activities may be compromised during adverse weather. Fish Spa area is fully sheltered.
4. What are the payment methods accepted at the retail store?
Cash, Nets, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Paynow, Paylah, Grab pay.
5. Do you sell food at the farm?
We have a variety of snacks, finger food, and beverages. A wide selection of ice cream is available as well!
6. How to get to the free Qian Hu shuttle bus?
7. Do you have free parking?
Yes. Our parking is complimentary.
8. How do I receive more product information?

9. Do you provide enquiry assistance for customer out of Singapore?
For any overseas enquiry, kindly approach your nearest local subsidiaries. You can find them here.
10. Can I bring my pets to Qian Hu Fish Farm?
Yes, we are a pet-friendly farm. However, do keep a close eye on your pet for safety precautions.
11. Do you deliver island-wide?
Yes! We do deliver island-wide except Sentosa & Jurong Island.
12. How long before my item arrives?
Our delivery typically takes 3 to 5 days after you place your order. Please note that the cut-off time for this delivery window is 5 PM. Any orders after 5pm will be considered as next day order.
