Terms & Conditions
- These Booking Terms and Conditions apply to the booking of a session at Qian Hu Fish Farm Fish Spa.
- These Booking Terms and Conditions contain important information regarding participation by you and the members of your party and accordingly, you acknowledge and agree that you shall ensure that all members of your party are aware of and accept these Booking Terms and Conditions.
- No variation to these Booking Terms and Conditions shall be binding unless agreed by Qian Hu Corporation.
- Qian Hu Corporation reserves the right to make changes to the Activities for any reason.
- We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your reservation to check-in at reception and receive the tanks/towel for your activities.
- We cannot guarantee you or your guests will be able to complete your full sessions if you or any guest in your group is late.
- All cancellations are non-refundable.
- Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.
- Adult supervision would be needed for children under 5 years of age.
- Longkang fishing activities are temporarily suspended as a safety measure during thunderstorms and will resume promptly once weather conditions permit.
- Subsequence charges for adult $0.30 per minute; Children $0.15 per minute.
- Adult: Age 13-54 | Children: Age 12 & Below | Senior Citizen: Age 55 & above)
- You are required to attend your booking at the scheduled date and time, or the reservation will be forfeited with no refunds.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, please send an email to Qianhu_retail@qianhu.com at least one hour prior to the activity, and we will assist in rescheduling your booking.
